What insurance do you take?
In order to provide highly personalized care for families in the home, I do not work with insurance companies. I am happy to provide a superbill if you want to use your out-of-network benefits.
Where do you provide services?
I provide home care services within the city of Chicago. For services outside of the city, a travel fee applies.
Am I eligible for home care psychological services?
Receiving psychological services in the home requires a suitable environment:
